  2. Once your order has been shipped, delivery will be managed by our trusted delivery partners.
  3. The final delivery timeline will vary based on your location and the delivery partner’s schedule.
  4. You will receive a tracking link via SMS once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
  5. Please note that estimated shipping and delivery durations are provided for your convenience and may be affected by factors such as public holidays, unforeseen logistics delays, or natural events.
  6. Skia Coffee is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners, but we will make every effort to assist you in resolving any issues. For any questions or concerns regarding your shipment, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
